I saw something on tv today about spying on your children’s computer activity and getting chat logs etc. So I was thinking, if you can do this, isn’t it unconstitutional?

Spying on your children, your own home, or your employees is NOT unconstitutional. Until your children become legal adults, it is a parent/guardians duty to monitor their activities & guide them into responsible adulthood.
